The purpose of the CARE Team is to review and offer constructive interventions for students having difficulties related to family life, social issues, emotional issues and/or academic progress at Notre Dame High School. The CARE Team meets once per cycle as a team; they participate in follow-up intervention activities with students, teachers and parents as needed.

Members include: Head of Student Life, Head of Academics, School Counselors, School Nurse, Learning Consultant
