As we gear up for another exciting school year at Notre Dame High School, we want to remind all students about the importance of our summer reading program. Reading is a crucial part of our curriculum, and we expect each student to make it a central part of her summer routine.
Each grade level has a specific book assigned to them. These books will be the focus of a test at the beginning of the semester, so make sure to read them thoroughly and take good notes!
Remember, your summer reading is an essential part of your academic journey at Notre Dame High School. Dive into these stories, and we can't wait to see the insights and knowledge you'll bring back in the fall!
Every ND student is required to read two books during the summer months:
1. One assigned book for grade level
2. One book of choice from an approved list
Students should take careful notes, keep a reader's log, and be prepared to take a test on the required book during the first week of the new school year.
